Thursday September 12th

I woke up to a cool overcast morning. I wasnt sure if it was from cloud or smoke. I did hear quite a few sirens in the night.. but around here that could mean anything.

When we got to the dog park it was obviously smoke.. although the air quality wasnt at all bad.

Prince was very happy to be back with old friends. Apart from what we could see up the mountain.. it was quite pleasant there today. The temperature has dropped from three digits.. and the rest of the week we will experience blissful 80s weather for the first time in weeks...and next week down to the 70s.. Just in time for canning season to begin

And with so many fallen leaves there is a feel that at last Autumn is on its way
