Perfect books for our time! Since I'm very restricted in going out I'm cooking in every day and no prepared foods. So grateful that I come from a long line of good cooks and it's amazing what a cup of beans, some vegetables, broth and seasoning will create. Dinner for four nights for a very reasonable cost.
