The Last Friday Walk??..

 So this morning I went on possibly my last Friday walk up "My Hill". From Monday its all systems go as the Realtor has said we will be definitely closing Wednesday
She has advised that this weekend we should contact all the ultility companies so we have a smooth transition next week...and of course keep the power on here until after the move.
Technically we cant book the Fumigation company til the keys are in hand.. but we can definitely give them the heads up  that we need it doing asap after closing... They will need a couple of days to organise..and at this point.. we dont know how busy they are. So we will be calling them today.
The new washer and dryer are now on order. We managed to get them at sale price... and luckily enough the washer is on back order so they wont deliver both items to the new house for a couple of weeks. Thats great as we dont have to worry about storage until the big move
So this weekend ...we will be out and about looking to buy some ladders and some extra tools for the work that has to be done next week. Things that we have never had to worry about living in an apartment for the last six plus years
