Holy Week.. and after Christmas my most favourite week of the year. Its going to be a busy one... as we are planning to go to church a few times. My hearing still hasnt returned on my left ear... but my right is getting better so at least I can hear a little something. A doctors appointment is scheduled for Wednesday so hopefully he will sort me out.
Im hoping to do a lot more work in the garden too. Its very springlike out there ..we had our first barbeque of the year last night and ate outside.. And very nice it was too. Theres a bit of digging to do.. so this weeks meals are quick and easy...even Thursdays meatballs are premade from the freezer. We are building up to Sundays roast turkey that we bought on sale after Thanksgiving for 49c lb.We will get a lot of meals from that.
