Can't believe its the start of another week...time is going so fast. I had a wonderful weekend with Mr D..and Im getting really spoilt. I'm not sure whats on the cards this week.. I'm just looking forward to whatever happens
I'm still counting calories...even when we go out to eat...although I do treat myself to dessert. I lost another 3lb last week and Im sure thats down to a combination of healthy eating, portion control and all the walking Im doing.
All the meals this week are hearty and filling..but because I'm finding lower calorie alternatives within the recipes, they fit in quite well with my weight loss programme as well as keeping them tasty.
