Meal Plan Monday


Most of this weeks meals have been prepared ahead of time and put in the freezer. I often make two when cooking a meal, so one can be frozen, a great time saver. So the Curry, Moussaka and BBQ Sausages just have to be defrosted and popped in the oven. I also have a few pizzas in the freezer, and some fish ready breaded. So for this week, I'm all set.

Weekly Plan - 12 January 2014

Monday           Vegetable Curry, Basmati Rice, Poppadums

Tuesday           Hot Pot made with Sunday's leftovers, Broccoli

Wednesday      Moussaka, Garlic Bread

Thursday         Sausages in Barbeque Sauce, Jacket Potatoes, Corn on the Cob

Friday              Breaded Haddock, Chips, Mushy Peas

Saturday         Homemade Pizza, Texas Ranch Wedges

Sunday            Roast Chicken, Potatoes, Carrots, Green Beans
