Shaping Up...

Another Friday drive up the mountain for a morning walk

In an effort to get a bit fitter we decided to walk up the rockier path...all up hill

It was hard going and at times I got a bit breathless.. 

clambering over rocks at my age!

I didnt realize how out of shape I am....

tho round is a shape right??

I must say... walking back down was a lot easier.. 

and faster

And I dont know who Jake was... 

but I hope this doesnt mean he was eaten by Sasquatch
