Yesterday we began our potato harvest and we got quite a good crop
They are all now stored away safely in paper bags in a cool dark cupboard and should last us a while
We left some out to have for lunch with some leftover chicken and salad.
They were flavourful with a lovely creamy texture and needed no added seasoning or butter
Absolutely delicious
With other harvesting to be done... its going to be a good week in the kitchen..
