I dont hate housework, but have you ever had one of those days when you just cant get yourself moving. Thats me today. My get up and go has definitely got up and gone! Not that I have being doing anything different, I just think the 'Holiday Season' has caught up with me.

I've done a bit....and left a lot
The dishes need to be washed
The floor needs scrubbing
The living room needs a hoover
The bedroom needs a dust
And what about the garden...even though its winter
Never mind... Tomorrow is a New Year...I'm sure I'll be back to my old self

I took yesterday off from everything! I needed to catch up on some rest so today I feel better and ready to hit what needs to be tackled. Get some rest Phoebe, it will be there tomorrow and have a Happy New Years!
ReplyDeleteI think the holidays have caught up with me, too---I feel the same way you do! Once my hubby goes back to work and we start our regular routines again, I'm sure it will all fall in place. Happy New Year!
