Surprise!!!

The moon was still in the sky when I went out to feed the birdies this morning

They actually here the slider opening as I come out and start chirping and fluttering

As I got the basket down onto the table... 

this morning I got a surprise as one of the chicks (Ginger I think)

jumped onto the side of the basket

Then as I stretched out my hand...

she jumped onto the back of it!

It was quite something!

I don’t think they will be with us much longer..

they are moving around too well..

and they look like real birds now with proper feathers

When I went back for later feedings... 

they did it again

Im just so amazed that they trust me enough to do this

Just one observation tho .. 

when did I get my mother’s hands!!!
