And just like that.. Easter is over.... and so is March...and its beginning to feel like Spring. More and more birds are coming to the garden.. and their song is beautiful

Over the next few days I will take down the Easter decor but leave some of the spring ones... I dont want to appear too eager

The heavy rain had really encouraged the veggies to grow.. radishes are pushing up

strawberry cuttings are flourishing

and the potatoes have had a growth spurt and need to be banked up

With dry weather ahead, MrD continued his work in the front yard

It will take a couple of weeks til its done

For dinner I made a yummy Cauliflower Cheese to go with yesterdays leftover Turkey and vegetables..

almost more tasty than the first time around

This weeks menu is pretty easy.. most of the meals will use the leftovers from Sundays Dinner

Tuesday              Shrimp Jambalaya

Wednesday        Leftover Beef, Baked Potato, Asparagus

Thursday            Chicken and Spinach Alfredo (Hubby Request)

Friday                  Pizza 

Saturday             Teriyaki Chicken Burgers, Coleslaw,and Fries for MrD

Sunday                Leftovers Beef Chili
