Ive been up since 2.30am teaching my daughter in the UK
how to cook my Vegetable Soup via Skype...
Shes was so scaring me with that knife!!
But not a bad job for first attempt...
and she informs me that the huge chunks of potatoes are for her boyfriend...Mr P
because he wants them with some chicken...
Later I went for a walk ..and if I had to describe it in one word it would be Phew!
Boy it was warm...blue skies, blazing sunshine and not a cloud in sight!
Im hot, sweaty and just a little sun burnt.
But at least I made it back before it got too hot ...
Now to have a cold drink with lots of ice...
and think about making something for lunch
