Meal Plan Monday



Its the last day of February...already!. This year is flying by...summer is coming...so the healthy eating continues. Its been fun looking for lower calorie meals..and tweaking existing ones. I have also discovered that hubby loathes brown rice...so white rice it has to be..but stick a stock or garlic cube in with the water and its a different flavour altogether. Have a great week 


Weekly Plan - February 29th

Monday             Peppered Steak, Baby Red Potatoes, Green Bean Casserole


Tuesday             Jamaican Jerk Chicken, Garlic Rice, Vegetable Kebabs


Wednesday       Vegetable Lasagne, Salad


Thursday           Herbed Chicken, Potatoes, Carrots, Broccoli


Friday                One Pan Salmon and Veggie Dinner


Saturday            
Chicken Club Paninis,


Sunday               Eating Out
