Meal Plan Monday


Can you believe its February already...Spring is just around the corner. Mr D and I are watching our weight right now so we can feel a bit more comfortable when Summer comes. I still want us to eat well so all our meals this week have been tweaked so they are still full of flavour..but with fewer calories

Weekly Plan - February 1st

Monday             Herbed Chicken, Potatoes, Carrots and Broccoli

Tuesday             Mongolian Beef

Wednesday        Country Fried Pork Chop, Mashed Potatoes, Corn

Thursday           Chicken Ranch Flatbread Melts

Friday                Salmon, Baby Red Potatoes and Asparagus

Saturday            
Vegetarian Pizza


Sunday               Eating Out
