Meal Plan Monday



Im still here! I know I have been MIA but I have been dealing with a few family matters back in the Uk. Its all very sad..but I will tell you about it tomorrow...well bits of it anyway.
Just to tell you that things this side of the pond are still very happy..and my weight loss over the last couple of weeks has been steady. So heres this weeks menu... all trimmed so they fit in with my diet plan

Weekly Plan - February 22nd

Monday             Mesquite Chicken Kebabs, Rice, Salad


Tuesday             Hearty Vegetable Soup


Wednesday       Chicken Stir Fry


Thursday           Honey Roast Turkey, Potatoes, Carrots, Broccoli


Friday                Steak, Dry Roasted Potatoes, Green Bean Casserole


Saturday            
Pizza, Garlic Potato Wedges



Sunday               Eating Out

  1. I enjoy reading your weekly menus ( even though I'm a vegetarian my husband isn't). I do have a question though. How do you manage to prepare just enough for 2 people? You never seem to serve "second day leftovers".

    1. Thank you GM. We do have leftovers...but hubby takes them to work for lunch the next day...or I freeze them in containers for lunch on a later date
