I must admit that over the years I have been a huge soda drinker. But, I have become a little tired of them and in a bid to be a bit nicer to my body, I have switched to drinking a lot more water, especially the flavoured kind. Its helping with my weight loss too, 42lb down so far
I came across this site, The Yummy Life and it has one of the best and most in depth guides I have seen to creating a good flavoured water. What's really good about these ideas are they much better for you than soda, using very little sugar,or alternatives such as agave or honey
Take some time to visit and pick out your favourite combination of fruit.
