Start of a new week.. and I’m looking forward to the rain that’s seems to arrive tomorrow for a few days. When I lived in Wales I used to long for a dry season as it rained a lot. But that’s why it’s such a beautiful lush and green land. Here it’s the complete opposite.. hot .. dry and the water is precious.
I guess when it comes...I will collect it.. but relish dancing between the raindrops...

Tuesday Pork Al Pastor, with Roasted Pineapple, Tortillas and Salad
Wednesday Chicken, Garlic Potatoes, Carrots and Broccoli
Thursday Spaghetti Bolognese (from Freezer)
Friday Pizza (as always)
Saturday Hawaiian Burgers (using leftover pineapple)
Sunday Leftover Pork al Pastor and trimmings
