Meal Plan Monday

Another week...and a week closer to Thanksgiving. Im finally getting organised. I really dislike being so far behind...but it will be the last time it happens. I found some artificial flowers...which actually look quite real, and some pretty fabric, so Im putting my DIY skills to good use. The next couple of days will see our home looking more festive.

This weeks menu is nice and comforting to beat the chill in the air

  1. I so envy people who plan their meals for the week. I've tried but I've never been able to follow through. Sometimes I just don't feel in the mood for what I have planned or something comes up and I don't have time to prepare what I have planned. I can't wait to see what your DIY skills create! Have a great week!

    1. Thank you Debi. I find that making a meal plan stops me from spending so much in the Supermarket. I must say though, the plan isn't set in stone. I can change the days around...and I always have something on something on standby in the freezer if I dont have time to cook.

  2. You are eating good this week! I do a menu too, and it really saves me.
You asked what my hubby does with all the acorns. We have woods next to us, and they all get dumped there!

    1. Thanks Mari. Hubby has a heavy job and works long hours so I like to make sure he eats enough. There is always enough for him to have a small extra helping, and be able to take leftovers to work. It does look like we eat a lot of meat, but the portions are small, and I bulk up on vegetables.
