A Step Back In Time

Went out for my walk today...and stepped back in time...

The Holyhead Traditional Sailing Festival

This event in Holyhead is a major sailing event centred around the marina

It is run by the North Wales Area of the Old Gaffers Association.

The Holyhead Sea Battle ensued

very loud ....and very cool

It was great to see two vessels firing at one another 

with help from those on the shore

With so much to see

I didnt manage to do much walking

But a great day was had by all
