This is "The Blue House"...
Last night.. at 8.30.. the realtor phoned and said we had beaten off 40 other offers including a cash one...which means.... (drum roll)
The Blue House is ours!!!
I feel excited.. grateful and Blessed. It will be our first house together since we married. MrD finally gets his garage.. and I get a garden.
Although...I think this was meant to be.. The house is in Peris Hills (Peris is a Welsh Saint).. and its a couple of minutes walk from Harrison Street. Harrison is our grandson. Plus... our realtors name is Caroline.. just like our daughter who also works in Real Estate..
My World has just got a bit bigger again...
and this time in a Pretty Blue House!!
