An Evening at Rubys...

 Fun time with MrD last night...

A delicious burger and shake at Rubys Diner...

Followed by a stroll around all the vintage cars outside

I must admit a little auto envy... (is that a thing?)

We wernt the only ones who enjoyed it....

Friday Walk...

11.30 .....all my errands are done....and I got in over 11,000 steps.

Its gorgeous out there..and even though I was busy..

I still managed to take some pics of Gods Creations. 

That's the beauty of walking everywhere...you don't miss out on Mother Nature.

Now to get my housework done and look forward to date night with hubby....

we are going to a diner and browse some classic cars.

Memorial Day at Huntington Beach...

Mr D and I had a lovely walk at Huntington Beach

It was a grey overcast day..

but it didnt stop the surfers..

or the sand artists

There was also a wonderful craft market...

with shabby teddies...

Blingy hats..

Re-purposed bottles..

Shell crafts...

mores shells..

and even more shells

and if you have a bit too much to drink..

they provide a way to get home..

The Old Home Town Looks the Same...

 The old village hasnt changed too much in over 100 years

Poor Oscar...

 

I have a heartbroken daughter....

Her beloved Oscar has been hit by a car and didnt survive

She is inconsolable
