What a way to start the month. As headaches go .....this one has being a real doozy It started at 3 o'clock yesterday afternoon from flickering sunlight and it's only just now easing.
Although I'm not not hungry I must keep to my ruIe and eat breakfast. So its my oatmeal made with water and coffee made from my milk allowance ...which is made even sweeter as its in a mug that my lovely daughter sent me
