Red!...Not the Best Colour

 I went on my walk earlier today..3 miles and 9,840 steps. and I think I overdid it...
Yesterday and Today....

not the walk...but being in the sun. 

A pale Welsh girl does not do well in California sunshine. 

Im a bit red and sore. 

The only colour I want to see is the flowers on my travels

Hot Walk

Had my walk....and it's a very hot 83 degrees... 

I walked over 8000 steps ...

so  I thought I had better turn round now and head back home

When Life Gives You Lemons
