 Friendly pirates had docked down at the Marina

 

 Perhaps a little weary?

 

Or maybe the sea was too rough

 

 Not for me though...I love watching the waves

The rougher the better !

Walking Supplies...Phoebe Style

 

Im ready for an afternoon walking....

My supplies...water, phone, emergency money (just in case), tissues, sunglasses and of course my trusty tablet for photos and the music that I play every step of the way. Now...I wonder where these old feet will take me today..

Low Calorie Lunch...

The diet is still going well...but my heart sank a little 

when Miss C asked me to meet her at lunch before she started work

Where did she choose

KFC!!

Still..... this is what she chose....

and this is what I chose......

I really did sit in KFC and not eat anything!

Miss C didnt mind...

after all...it was my company she wanted

and we had a lovely long chat...with no unwanted calories
