Another Saturday...

Having an old house means there is always something to do... and we always seem to have a full weekend. This week we had to buy a new hot water tank.. to replace the one that should have ideally been changed out six years ago.We didnt realize it was so out of date..and when we found out thought we had better change it asap. We really dont want to cope with no hot water... or need a flooded house. 

And talking about flooding...the rain storms have passed.. and with a months rain falling in a couple of days.. we luckily escaped any damage. But now the cold weather has hit. The sun may be warm but there is a bitter wind blowing from the frozen.. snow covered hills.

It was chilly at the dog park but Prince needed his run... and he loves it. But one day.. he will definitely trip over his tongue.

And no matter how busy the day is... there is always time for a bit of stitching... and of course... a nice cup of tea.
