The Mince Pies are baked... all ready for gifting... and eating!
The biggest tip I can give you about baking any little pie is when you have greased your pan...put a little baking parchment strip into the bottom (just as I said about freezing them but dont use the cereal bag strips)
These pies just popped out of the tin without sticking or leaving any burnt on residue... so no scrapping or scrubbing!
