Let There Be Light..

December 1st and it’s officially Christmas season in the Blue House.
The decorations are finally up.. and after a couple of days without any electricity.. MrD could finally test out the tree lights as a trial run for Saturday

You may remember me telling you that I don’t switch on my Christmas lights til Dec 3rd.. in memory of my dear mother.. who died on that date.. and who loved the season so much. She and dad always made it very special for my brother and me..

So come Saturday.. the power grid had better be prepared …..
