Well...its finished at last
With one thing and another... it took me so long to stitch it ..
I think am now a Titus 2 woman rather than Proverbs 31...
I found a frame for it in the Salvation Army store for $2
The picture in it was terrible
but I think it suits the cross stitch perfectly

You did a beautiful job on the cross stitch! I used to love doing cross stitch but my fingers don't work so well now. They take a long time to do but they are so beautiful when they are finished!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful cross-stitch, such an intrinic print! I used to do cross-stitch when I was younger. I haven't crocheted for 2 years now because of the darned arthritis in my hands, but you have inspired me to do just a little each day. God bless you.
ReplyDeleteExcellent work and brilliant find on that frame!
ReplyDeleteIt's perfect! I love the whole thing. I'm currently doing a study on Titus 2!
ReplyDeleteHi Phoebe~
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful piece, I love it! I love Titus 2, one of my favorite books in the New Testament!
Have a great week-end!

I am finding it harder and harder to do crafts with the arthritis in my hands, but I keep plugging away. I don't want to give in. It would take me a long time to do something so large and beautiful. You did a wonderful job on your sampler.
ReplyDeleteYour cross stitch sampler is lovely, so much detail! No wonder it took a while to finish. I used to do a lot of cross stitch and have several hanging in various rooms but like Debi my fingers don't work so well any more. Anyway, I have no room for any more.
