So last week.. I had a break from my long walks. I kept to my food limits but my steps were way down ..Therefore I didn’t lose an ounce.. I didn’t put on but I don’t lose either.
This week has got off to a good start.. steps good.. food good.. and I managed to grab a quick coffee with my daughter mid walk this morning... and a meaningful conversation with my granddaughter.
Isn’t technology wonderful...but it dosnt help with terrible sagging eyelids...Help!!
