Cooking Thursday ~ Slow Cooker Pork and Onions

I had an extremely busy day yesterday.. errands .. volunteering at our church...paperwork and I had some hearts to be wrapped and mailed to some new customers. I really have to start making more.
So dinner was an all in one Crock Pot meal that I prepped in the morning and let it slowly cook all day.

Quick easy and absolutely delicious.

Slow Cooker Pork and Onions
4 loin pork chops
spray cooking oil
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
⅛ tsp. red pepper flakes..optional
Minced Garlic to taste... I used about 2 tsp
1 large sweet yellow onion, sliced
Baby carrots chopped
Baby Red Potatoes.

1. Set a skillet on the stove top over medium high heat. When the pan is hot coat the bottom of the pan with cooking spray.
2. Brown the pork chops on both sides, don't worry about cooking through the slow cooker will do that. Set aside for now.
3. Add the Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes into the slow cooker, and stir together
4. Add the browned pork chops, then add the onions, garlic, potatoes and carrots.
5. Cover and cook on Low for 6 hours without opening the lid during the cooking time.
6. Serve and enjoy!
