Dont you just love slow cookers?
Before I went on my daily walk...I got a vegetable soup simmering away. Just a can of tomato sauce, a can of diced tomatoes, some vegetable stock and worcestershire sauce...plus loads of diced veggies..garlic, onion, carrots, celery, turnip, bell pepper, butternut squash, a few potatoes...and a can of white kidney beans for protein. Equally divided out...it should be approx 200 cals per serving..and it freezes great so thats my lunches for the week sorted
If I may say so myself.....It was absolutely yummy
