Its the last day of February...already!. This year is flying by...summer is coming...so the healthy eating continues. Its been fun looking for lower calorie meals..and tweaking existing ones. I have also discovered that hubby loathes brown rice...so white rice it has to be..but stick a stock or garlic cube in with the water and its a different flavour altogether. Have a great week

Well, brown rice doesn't go over very well here either.
