Booked!

Well...its booked!! MrD and I will be flying to the Uk on July 24th (arriving the following afternoon) We can only stay a week cos MrD has to get back to work so we will have to cram a lot in. Its all getting very exciting... and its wonderful that the wedding plans are coming together so well.. and its a blessing to have some input even tho Im so far away.

So its an incentive to stay on the straight and narrow. Its been a bit chilly the last couple of mornings.. but I still got out there to get some steps in!! And Ive been going on the exercise bike.

Lets hope I can keep going... tho its going to be a bit difficult for the next few days as tomorrow and Saturday MrD and I will be attending the LA regional Pastors and Leadership Conference. Im looking forward to the talks.. and they will be giving us Breakfast and Lunch too. No exercise..and good food.. hmmm..

Time for a coffee...
