A Plum Job...

Thought I should use up those plums that I was gifted a couple of days ago.. so Plum Jam seemed perfect

I was given a simple recipe for jam without pectin... and seeing as I had a new jam thermometer.. I thought I would give it a try

I followed the instructions.. and it turned out lovely.. but a little runnier than the peach jam I made last week. I wonder if I boiled it long enough.

But still...its a great addition to the store cupboard.. and the little bowl I had in the fridge has disappeared already
