Storms!!

Before I moved to the US...  almost four years ago now...I was living in beautiful Wales and I loved my walks. One of my favourite places was around the marina and the length of the breakwater. Just gorgeous on a sunny day. I love the sea and never tired at looking at it. 

But today I was reminded how cruel it can be. Storm Emma has hit the area leaving devastation in her wake. 

So much destruction... and almost a hundred boats sunk or forced ashore. 

Its a sad day for Holyhead...and a painfulreminder how vicious Mother Nature can be...

It puts the bit of rain on my walk today into perspective....
