Cooking Thursday ~ Creamy Potato and Celery Soup

I know its Autumn..but its still very warm here in Southern California. Even so, I cant resist making soup. I made this one yesterday and its lovely and creamy...but because theres no dairy in it its low in calories. I prefer it as it is..but MrD added some chopped ham to his.

  1. Mr BC had something like this on our vacation and I think I'll try it for him. He really liked it.

    1. Soup is very popular in the UK...especially the pureed kind. Here in the US I have found that the chunkier varieties are the favourite. x
